London Games Festival is a major global celebration of video games and interactive entertainment, running for 10 days entirely online. New games will be showcased and unveiled – some available to play or demo at home – plus there are daily free talks to tune in for, and lots to do for professionals who make and develop games.

OFFICIAL SELECTION: Fully unveiled on 9 March, our chosen games reflect a range of topics from a global set of creators, across key themes Made in London, Narrative Excellence, International Innovators, and Pick Up And Play. The Official Selection covers fun and exciting games we are proud to support and tell you more about.

LGF WORLD STAGE: Talks and game preview videos will be entirely free to view online through a dedicated player here on games.london or via YouTube. Every day you can tune in for game coverage, exclusive talks – plus documentaries, music performances and more curated by us.

FOR PROFESSIONALS: Throughout the 10 days we will be offering a mix of ways for games professionals to meet and connect. Ticket holders can book meetings with other attendees, join interactive roundtables on key issues facing games makers, or there are large group social events – we’re even sending free coffee packs to the first 150 UK attendees so they can join us for live coffee breaks.

We run a programme of year-round support for games creators and games culture in the city. We bring investors and exposure to a billion pound sector, and have helped generate in excess of £40m direct investment creating 550 jobs since being founded in 2015.

We also deliver the London Games Festival, the world’s biggest celebration of video games and interactive entertainment. In 2019 it covered 40 events across the city, activity over 12 days and over 400 games to play; in 2020 the event changed format in response to the COVID-19 crisis to become a pioneering online event which created millions in business for games companies and facilitated 1,000+ digital meetings.
