Games developers, start-ups and studios have just a week left to apply for the 2018 Games Finance Market, the UK’s only event connecting games creators with funders from around the world.
The deadline to submit your company, project or game to be included is 5pm GMT on Friday, 2 February 2018. The Market is open to games companies who are seeking to pitch a project or business investment to international financiers, publishers and funders at pre-arranged one-to-one meetings. Last year’s Market attracted over 50 projects and created follow-on meetings worth a potential £19m in investment.
Now in its third year, the Market has cemented London’s reputation as a centre of excellence for the global games industry, creating real deals and genuine business relationships between attendees.
Investors already confirmed to attend this year include: Affiniti Ventures, Amazon, BFI, Coutts & Co, Creative Europe Desk, Curve Digital, Green Man Gaming, Head Gear, JetSynthesys, London Venture Partners, Makers Fund, Microsoft, Miniclip, Northern Ireland Screen, Oxford Capital, Raw Fury, SEGA Europe, Splash Damage, Sony PlayStation, Stage Venture Partners, Wellcome Trust, and the Welsh Government.
The Games Finance Market will take place from 10–12 April 2018 and is part of the London Games Festival (5-15 April).
